What makes you different from other "directories".
Most directories are based on a PHP template software. Search engines are not stupid. They can recognize them very quickly and they are labeled as link banks. Their high PR value is simply do to reciprocal free links and of little value to your site. Our directory was built by hand and requires no return links from your site or any site. We are also focused on local cities and states, not the world.  

Does my website appear on all 250+ directories?
Yes, when you submit your website it appears on ALL 250+ websites. It should appear within 1 to 5 minutes.

Will listing help my website's exposure and PR value?
Absolutely. We have specifically tested our listing network with over 40 new websites. Within 45 days all the websites were being crawled by the  major search engines. Within 6 months they gained 2 -3 points in PR value. While others are shy about making claims, we backed ours up with testing.

Why do you not offer free listings?
It really is quite simple. Spammers and individuals that really don't have an investment in their website will never pay for a directory listing. They spend huge amounts of time searching and searching for "free links". In fact there is a huge business online for software that surfs 24 hours a day HUNTING these sites. Making ALL listings pay a nominal charge keeps these types out. 

What is the CE Seal?
All websites that lost in CE Directories pledge to conduct their business with ethics and integrity. Once listed you may display the seal on your website. It must be an active hyperlink and you must have an active listing.

Will I get a lot more traffic by listing in your directory?
Directories are not really geared specifically for consumer traffic. They are designed to increase your search engine exposure and rankings. Consumers rarely go to a "directory" to search for needed goods or services. 94% use some form of a search engine. Therefore having your site in a category that relates to your goods or service greatly helps your SERP's or search engine results placement. We do see more consumer traffic than most directories due to the localized nature of each directory. During many months we have over 200,000 consumer hits to the network.

Do you allow adult websites?
Our sites are recognized as family friendly sites, therefore we do not allow sites with pornography or illegal content.

Can I modify or change my listing?
Because our system is automated, you can not edit a listing once submitted. Please make sure it is correct.
If you find an error in the way you entered your information you can use the contact page to request a change. Be aware however, that these changes can take up to 10 business days.

Why don't you offer classified ads any more?
All classified ads are being saturated with spam and rip-offs. We decided to get out of the general classified market.
